Dear colleagues, friends and members of the RHICS,

Roland Hetzer, MD, PhD
Honorary President, RHICS e.V.

Dear friends, colleagues, and members of the RHICS

Our 18th Expert Forum will again bring together leaders in the field of cardiothoracic surgery and cardiovascular medicine. We are fortunate to be included in the 28th Annual Meeting of the Asian Society for Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery with an exciting scientific program. The motto of the ASCVTS this year, Togetherness Innovation and Excellence fits so well to the activities and the spirit of the RHICS, as these goals have guided our Society in its previous meetings and represents the basis on which the Hetzer Society has been built and prospered for years.

Matthias Loebe
